Alexis is Vice President and founding partner of Family Tree Insurance Solutions, Inc. With 12 years of experience in the insurance industry she started her career in 2007 as a CSR with Farm Bureau Financial Services. In early 2015 she took a short leave from the insurance business, taking time to stay home with her two young children. While she enjoyed being at home, in the Spring of 2016 she had the opportunity to partner with her sister, Anne Wardner and together they founded Family Tree Insurance Solutions, Inc.  Alexis is excited to be back helping clients protect their assets and their loved ones.  She enjoys reconnecting with former clients and building relationships with new ones.

Family is extremely important to Alexis and her husband, Brian. They spend much of their “spare time” keeping up with their two children, Harper and Hudson, who are involved in many activities, including sports and dance. They are also blessed to have much of their extended family in the Topeka area and enjoy spending time with all of them. The Ribordy’s are actively involved in their church community and enjoy working with other young families on various projects in and around the area.
